About the Role

As a result of organic growth, our client is looking for someone to join their MEA team as an Account Manager. You would be responsible for managing highly complex Tier 1 media and communications accounts across the Middle East. The primary responsibility for the role is to ensure a high level of customer retention and satisfaction with the company's core products and team. You will also have the chance to develop and execute an account plan focused on revenue generation from existing accounts within the region, and building a pipeline of new opportunities within the account base. You will need to organize and run quarterly business reviews with all accounts to review all aspects of the engagement (i.e., ongoing operations, professional services execution, roadmap sharing).

They are selling to the biggest broadcasters, streamers and content owners in the US. The company has been experiencing strong growth and is expanding its presence in the US to capitalise on this.

To be successful you’ll need to have…

  • Strong background in the Media & Entertainment and/or Billing Ecosystems
  • Experience with Subscription Management, BSS/OSS and/or Monetisation solutions
  • Track record of successful account development and closing complex deals
