About the Role
Due to continuous growth, our client is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their UK commercial team. The primary objective of this role is to deliver post-sales account support and to facilitate the growth of 6-8 Tier 1 accounts through up-selling. An essential aspect of this position involves actively identifying new opportunities within the organisations existing customer base. This role includes close collaboration with other divisions of the commercial team including Sales Directors and Customer Success engineers.

To be successful you’ll need to have…
- Previous experience in an account management position
- Experience with SaaS solutions relating to the OTT/Video & Data Analytics ecosystem
- Proven track record of successfully and effectively managing Tier 1 accounts
