About the Role:
As a key member of the customer success team, you will be a trusted advisor, representing the needs of LATAM customers within the Industrial industry. You will adopt a customer-centric mindset, identifying expansion areas and leading renewals and upsells. You will confidently communicate information on technical product features to customers and provide invaluable feedback to internal teams.

To be successful you’ll need to have…
- 3+ years of experience working in cybersecurity.
- 3+ years’ experience in customer success or technical account management roles.
- Spanish-speaking and LATAM customer experience.
