You will be responsible for managing the entire IT infrastructure, network, and data security of the organisation, across their European and United States offices, mentoring and leading junior team members to ensure correctly maintained and secured network capabilities. Further responsibilities include overall management of IT budget and compliance, introducing standardised company-wide IT environment that is user-friendly and secure.

To be successful you’ll need to have…
- Experience leading an IT division, ideally for a start-up/SME
- Strong experience with data security management
- Strong experience in selecting, maintaining and improving IT infrastructure
- German and English language fluency
