About the Role:
A leading CDN solution provider seeks a dynamic and results-driven Sales Operations Manager to enhance sales excellence and operational efficiency. In this key role, you will optimise sales processes, tools, and performance tracking, ensuring that the sales team has the insights and resources necessary to exceed revenue targets. Taking a solution-oriented and autonomous approach, you will be in a vital position within the organisation that supports future growth and overseeing a transition of CRM Systems from Hubspot and Salesforce. Responsibilities include designing efficient sales processes, managing CRM systems, developing sales forecasting models, and providing actionable performance insights. This hands-on position requires a strong understanding of sales analytics and the ability to implement strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives, particularly in expanding business internationally. You will draw meaningful conclusions from current sales activities by effectively presenting data, drafting reports on sales processes, and preparing quarterly business reviews. A comprehensive understanding of the sales workflow and attention to detail at every stage is essential. Previous experience in a SaaS and/or CDN business within the media industry is necessary, with knowledge of the relevant ecosystem being highly desirable.

To be successful you’ll need to have…
