About the Role
As a result of organic growth, our client is looking for someone to join their MEA team as a Technical Account Manager. You would be responsible for ensuring the overall customer success of our client's existing complex Tier 1 media and communications accounts across the Middle East. This will come in the form of providing technical support, direction and knowledge of this client's portfolio, in the hope of maintaining positive customer relationships.
Our client is an internationally regarded provider of BSS solutions (billing, subscription and revenue management), they are selling to the biggest broadcasters, streamers and content owners in the US. The company has been experiencing strong growth and is expanding its presence in the US to capitalise on this.

To be successful you’ll need to have…
- Strong background in the Media & Entertainment and/or Billing Ecosystems
- Experience with Subscription Management, BSS/OSS and/or Monetisation solutions
- Track record of successful Technical account management experience
