About the Role:

This is a rare opportunity to lead a North American sales team for a leading manufacturer of cutting-edge network, control, audio, and video technology for broadcast, AV, and live performance applications.

With direct reports and revenue responsibilities across the U.S. and Canada, this position is ideal for a commercial leader who thrives on team success, structure-building, and strategic sales direction. You’ll take full ownership of regional forecasting, marketing alignment, and go-to-market strategy—while driving the next wave of growth in a business known for product-first innovation and a strong people culture.

This is a hands-off quota role, meaning you’ll focus entirely on mentoring and team performance rather than carrying individual revenue goals.

The Company

Our client is a global leader in cutting-edge broadcast and media infrastructure solutions. Their technology is market-leading, and they consistently outperform competitors by focusing on innovation, employee well-being, and cultural integrity.

With private ownership and consistent profitability, they’ve seen 10% growth in the last 18 months and are pushing further with a five-year roadmap for expansion. Their products are years ahead of competing legacy systems and truly pull the sales effort forward.

This company also offers an unmatched internal culture, valuing work-life balance, collaboration, and long-term growth over quarterly grind. If you’re looking to lead in a space where people matter just as much as performance, this is the one.

Benefits & Opportunities

  • Lead a full regional sales team with direct input into strategy, structure, and performance
  • Work with a respected brand in the media technology sector, backed by exceptional engineering and innovation
  • Be part of a genuinely supportive and people-first culture with strong leadership from Europe
  • Join a high-growth business that invests heavily in both people and product development

To be successful you’ll need to have…

  • Experience managing high-performing sales teams of 5+ individuals in the broadcast or media technology space
  • Deep knowledge of production workflows, IP broadcast environments, and competitor landscapes
  • A strong commercial background with experience overseeing regional revenues of $36M or more
