The challenge: To find an experienced Head of Product with experience in the Broadcast Media / Pro A/V markets in a location without any large companies operating in this space and larger markets nearby draining much of the local talent.
Our solution: Using our understanding of the technologies and services that interact with the clients technology, we were able to identify a number of smaller consultancies and vendors in the area and head hunt from them and their contact networks. Much of this work was therefore highly pro-active and focused on candidates that were not actively searching for new roles.
The outcome: We were able to identify a uniquely qualified individual working at a much smaller local business who’s background and product knowledge aligned perfectly with the clients needs and who could start with them at relatively short notice
