The Challenge: This client needed a blend of technical expertise of RF communications hardware alongside a comprehensive experience of full product lifecycle management. Due to the company culture, the client would only consider candidates based full-time on-site in a lesser-known part of Florida.
Our Solution: We searched high and low across the United States to find only the best product management talent in the right technological field. We found two individuals willing to relocate to join our fantastic client’s team, with one individual moving from West Coast to East.
The Outcome: Our client now has two rockstar candidates on their team who have integrated seamlessly. Each candidate brought with them their expertise in the technology behind their product line, as well as a full roster of product management experience to enable them to hit the ground running.
