To Be Successful, You’ll Need:
- Experience leading Customer Success or Technical Operations teams of 30+ people within complex, multi-regional environments
- Background in operational process development within technical or broadcast/streaming environments
- Proven ability to implement customer self-service strategies and drive continuous improvement initiatives across large-scale functions
