About the Role:
An exciting opportunity for an EGSE Engineer to play a key role across multiple satellite programmes. This hands-on role focuses on defining requirements, managing procurement, integrating, and validating EGSE systems to support automated satellite testing, while working closely with engineering and AIT teams. You’ll have total autonomy and end-to-end responsibility for all EGSE systems across programmes in a growing company. This is a rare chance to work creatively in a critical role, delivering innovative solutions that directly impact mission success.

To be successful you’ll need to have…
- 3+ years experience as an EGSE Engineer within the satellite industry
- End-to-end lifecycle experience through Preliminary Design Reviews (PDR) and Critical Design Review (CDR) phases.
- Experience working with TCS5 or equivalent software
