As a Squad Leader, you’ll manage a cross-functional engineering team, providing mentorship and ensuring successful delivery. You’ll oversee timelines, remove blockers, and guide technical direction through high-level architectural discussions. You’ll also collaborate with other engineering managers driving innovation, process improvements, and cross-functional productivity.

To be successful you’ll need to have…
- 3+ years’ experience in engineering leadership roles
- 8+ years’ experience in software engineering, ideally with expertise in Java.
- Proficiency with CI/CD processes and experience working in teams that prioritize continuous integration and delivery.
