About the Role:
This role will be a leadership position, taking charge of an existing team of four, which will scale to eight over the next year. It will involve engaging and supporting customers and suppliers, overseeing operational processes, and contributing to product development, all whilst mentoring and managing the engineering team you’ll lead.
