About the Role:
This is a high-impact position for a Senior Key Account Manager to take ownership of 3-8 top-tier accounts across the defence and drone sectors. Acting as the executive point of contact, you’ll drive account expansion across uncrewed systems, payloads, autonomy software, and communications. You’ll be expected to shape pursuits, deliver mission-focused demos, and navigate complex defence programme lifecycles.

To Be Successful, You’ll Need:
- Proven record in technical sales or key account management, ideally in defence, drones, robotics, or C5ISR, managing $1M+ accounts.
- Deep understanding of defence programme structures, acquisition cycles, and compliance frameworks like ITAR/EAR.
- Strong network within the drone ecosystem and familiarity with payloads, autonomy stacks, MANET/C2 comms, and systems integration.
