In our first episode we are delighted to be joined by Anthony Zuyderhoff, SVP Home Media Solutions at CommScope. The journey starts as we uncover how he ended up in tech and not as a Diplomat as he’d intended. From there we explore his inspirations in his early career, a piece of incredible tech at Motorola that was just too ahead of its time, taking it all the way to his take on the future of the video market. Diversity and Inclusion is also a key topic and we learn more about Commscope’s internal D&I programme, something other companies would do well to emulate.
