Today’s guest is Joachim Bergman, CEO & COO of 24i and Board Member of Amino. Joachim’s early career was spent with Ericsson where he was fortunate enough to spend a lot of time overseas and also exploring a variety of technology areas before finding broadcast technology and making that his ‘thing’. Perhaps it’s the Nordic nature, but the concepts of collaboration and diversity are a core part of his ethos, and it’s great to listen to who has inspired him during his career and likewise his views on D&I and how that can be improved. It’s also great to hear that despite everything going on around them, 24i/Amino are just embarking on a new graduate enrolment scheme, awesome to hear about the plans to get the next generation of talent into the industry! Personally, nature is a big thing, and his ideal weekend of heading to his lakeside cottage via his RIB sounds like heaven.
