The Challenge: Our client was looking for a Technical Project Manager to join the team and step into some of their most exciting projects with major UK Broadcasters, however, time was of the essence as they needed this individual to start immediately.
Our Solution: By working in close collaboration with the client, we were able to identify a list of companies together to proactively headhunt candidates from, where we knew they would be an excellent match for this business.
The Outcome: As a result, we were able to identify 14 candidates within our networks who looked to be a match, which resulted in a shortlist of 5 profiles being presented, all coming from the desired target companies and fitting the brief and moving forwards to interview.
