This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you’ll act as the go-to expert for supporting customers through the integration and evaluation of advanced radio systems. You’ll lead onboarding, testing, and setup, making sure everything runs smoothly and performs at its best.
Your day-to-day will include check-ins, log analysis, technical calls, on-site demos and support. You’ll be the key technical liaison across internal teams (engineering, sales, and leadership), ensuring customers receive tailored, high-impact solutions.
This newly created position plays a vital role in setting the business up for long-term success by driving strong technical engagement and customer satisfaction.

To be successful you’ll need to have…
- Experience integrating radio communication tech into robotics platforms
- Strong customer-facing technical communication skills
- Ability to manage projects independently and use CRM tools effectively
- Comfortable translating technical detail to multiple stakeholders
- Experience managing projects across European markets
