The challenge: Find a strong experienced DevOps Engineer profile who had a specific skillset within cloud/virtualisation.
Our solution: We held an in-depth call with the hiring manager to discuss the technical background required and were then was able to quickly provide profiles from within our network. Through our thorough understanding of our client’s value proposition to the market, we mapped the tech vendors who had similar solutions, and/or those who we knew were either making inroads with the target customers, and/or those who were already incumbent suppliers.
