The challenge: Find an individual capable of leading the design and development of next-generation satellite gateway architecture. A difficult search due to the highly technical and senior nature of the role.
Our solution: Through our detailed understanding of the technical requirements for this role, we were able to approach and leverage our established east coast network, to generate referrals and narrow in on a specialist in this area, to subsequently headhunt and ultimately secure.
