Growing a Sales team across LATAM

The Challenge: A satellite operator was looking to grow its presence in LATAM following investment into the region. They were looking for specific vertical experience and struggling to find the right quality candidates.

Our Solution: After qualifying the role and understanding the core criteria, we were able to reach out to our local networks speaking with suitable candidates as well as taking referrals from senior leaders in the region. Also, we had the opportunity to attend a global conference where prospective candidates were met face-to-face.

The Outcome: We provided an enhanced shortlist with multiple candidates at the final interview, allowing the hiring manager to select the best candidate for the role. The business can now focus on its growth through sales with a larger team.
