Our client is seeking a Head of Quality to lead operational excellence, product assurance, and manufacturing quality across their expanding and innovative satellite product portfolio. You will be responsible for building and leading a multidisciplinary team, while developing robust quality systems to support the continued growth of this rapidly scaling business. This role is closely aligned with the strategic direction of the organisation.

To be successful you’ll need to have…

Strong experience in leading and managing quality teams, and establishing end-to-end quality systems. 5+ years of experience working for a satellite or satellite sub-system manufacturer. Solid background in managing vendor and supplier relationships. Experience in the industrialisation of space programs.
