This commercial role focuses on managing a portfolio of public sector accounts, taking full ownership of customer success from onboarding to renewal. You’ll build strategic relationships, develop tailored success plans, and identify opportunities for account growth and risk mitigation.

To be successful, you’ll need to have…
- 5+ years of sales experience, with a strong preference for account management
- 3+ years’ experience selling complex software
- Experience working with large customers, particularly in the public sector
- Strong preference for candidates with additional languages
