The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of 25–40 enterprise customers, guiding onboarding, driving adoption, and ensuring long-term success and retention. The role includes renewal management, upsell identification, and high-level stakeholder engagement across key industries such as banking and aviation.

To be successful you’ll need to have…
- Experience in Customer Success or Account Management within cybersecurity, mobile security, or a similar tech domain.
- Proven success managing enterprise clients across APAC, particularly in regulated or strategic industries.
- A strong background in renewals, upselling, onboarding, and driving feature adoption.
