Jules uses her in-depth knowledge and experience across the Recruitment industry to support neuco in becoming both more efficient and effective, having had a hugely successful career, both as a billing consultant and manager. Jules is an integral part of the team and there isn’t much she cannot do when it comes to large scale operational processes. Where many others would run away from big projects Jules is neuco’s anchor, using her wealth of experience to offer the team constant support. In fact, we are yet to find something she can’t take on, be it revising and reviewing processes or systems, crafting new approaches for innovative ways to recruit or introducing the team to the latest recruitment technology out there!

Passions:

Jules is relishing the fact that her two daughters are now old enough to not need her to be a 24/7 taxi service for them. Consequently she loves spending time either, walking her bouncy dog throughout the Sussex countryside, or enjoying quality time with friends and family accompanied by a meal out. Furthermore it’s no wonder Jules is more than equipped to take a deep dive into neuco’s systems and processes, as she is also a qualified scuba diver!
