About the Role
The purpose of this role is to drive the IT as a service, responding to all major incidents within the business. You will maintain relationships with stakeholders, service providers and internal teams, whilst improving the effectiveness of major incident and problem management processes. You’ll be an integral part of a growing company offering a unique solution.

To be successful you’ll need to have…
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an incident manager at a software company.
- Hands on experience in incident management, with a plus of project management.
- ITIL Foundation Certification, preferred and experience with specific tools (eg. ServiceNow, Jira, Opsgenie, DataDog, GitHub, Confluence or similar tools)
